Steven H. Elizer, Managing Partner of Elizer Law Group, LLC, is nationally known and respected for his work in the field of Construction & Surety Law. His practice also centers on business and corporate law. Representing both multinational companies and small businesses, Mr. Elizer is adept at helping clients determine objectives and then developing a plan to achieve those goals.

Among his clients, Mr. Elizer represents sureties in distressed contractor transactions and workouts, intercreditor transactions, surety credit facilities, bankruptcies, performance bond defaults, payment bond claims, and every other aspect of surety law. Additionally, he represents insurers under builders' risk insurance policies and oversees enforcement of judgments against indemnitors nationwide. He is a skilled negotiator and a supporter of Alternative Dispute Resolution methods.

Mr. Elizer resolves intellectually challenging legal problems that require "out of the box" thinking, innovative problem solving, and creative solutions. He enjoys the diligent and detailed work required to achieve creative, favorable, and cost-efficient results for his clients.
