Philip M. Novak has worked with Steve Elizer since 2001, first as a law clerk, then concentrating on investigating and managing the litigation of complex surety bond claims throughout the United States. He continues to litigate a variety of matters centering on breach of contract law in both the intermodal transportation sector and for the insurance industry.  A significant portion of that practice includes debt negotiation, collections and judgment enforcement.  

Mr. Novak provides general counsel to a variety of small businesses in retail, construction, and other service sectors. His legal experience extends to customized business contracts, commercial lease negotiation, and representation of commercial landlords and tenants.

This broad range of legal expertise has been formed by a commitment to detailed factual investigations and exhaustive studies of the applicable laws.  Together with a strong logical skillset, Mr. Novak is able to best advise clients on how to achieve their goals as quickly and cost-effectively as possible.
